These Terms are governed by Indian legislation. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. -
User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. -
Accounts & Registration
Users may register accounts with valid details and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately. -
Booking & Payment
All Services must be prepaid via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).
Prices are current at booking time.
Cancellations by You: ≥24 hr notice = full refund/reschedule; <24 hr/no-show = non-refundable
Cancellations by Us: full refund or rescheduling, at your election. -
Intellectual Property
All Website content (text, graphics, trademarks, imagery) is owned by Us and is protected. No reproduction is allowed without prior written consent. -
User Conduct
You may not:- Violate laws or infringe third-party rights
- Transmit harassing, hateful, or abusive content
